The "Golf Mention"

This should not be a separate article. Rather, it should be a section in a golf article, or, perhaps this article, with a crosslink. Recommend removing from this article, placing in a golf-related article (like a PGA-tour article) and crosslinking here based on history of the term. Thoughts from others?
