This article has two recent major contributors and both appear to have a conflict of interest. Bmcomms has admitted that he works for the company and JuliaMariaToni is the marketing director per a Google search of her name and the name of the company. Both users should refrain from editing and should instead request edits here on the talk page. —    Bill W.    (Talk)  (Contrib)  (User:Wtwilson3)  — 13:56, 28 August 2014 (UTC)

request for editor to make changes

I have been looking at this page lately and noticed that a lot of the information about Bauer Media UK is incorrect/incomplete. Whilst I am not trying to promote the business, I wanted to ensure that the facts about Bauer Media are correct and available to Wikipedia users.

Could somebody check and input the following please under 'Bauer Media Brands'

Bauer Media is a multi-platform media group, with locations across the UK. Following their purchase of Emap in 2008[1], The Bauer Media Group acquired a collection of media brands, including heat, Grazia, FHM, Empire, Motor Cycle News and Angling Times, as well as a radio portfolio of national radio brands including KISS FM UK and Magic, and regional radio brands across major UK cities. In 2013, Bauer Media also acquired the Absolute Radio Group from Times of India[2].

Bauer Media also broadcasts TV music channels including The Box TV, in a joint venture with Channel 4[3]. In the UK Bauer Media is the sister company of H Bauer Publishing, who publish titles including Take a Break and Bella.

Discussion

I added some of the content with some promotional trimming. The individual publications might be best placed in a comprehensive Wikitable. I also cleaned up some content that was clearly outside our content norms and sent both the founder pages to AfD for review. CorporateM (Talk) 05:58, 16 October 2014 (UTC)
