"The house seen behind the church in this view had belonged to Dr Monro’s elder brother John, who moved there in 1791 after retiring from his position at Bethlehem Hospital; he died there later in the same year, and when Turner drew the place the house was lived in by another Monro brother, James. Turner made another watercolour of the church (private collection),1 which is dated 1793 on a tombstone, and constitutes the earliest evidence of a connection between the artist and the doctor." https://www.tate.org.uk/art/artworks/turner-st-marys-church-monken-hadley-middlesex-d36522
