Former Poole Ward

I note the Borough of Poole also had a ward called Merley and Bearwood, pretty much covering the exact same boundaries. Should it be treated as the same ward, and be included in the historic results and councillors? --BryceIII (talk) 19:45, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
