Hi Wikipedia. I believe an article on Becky Priest has relevance as she is the keyboardist and band leader for a recognized Nashville Act (Neal McCoy) and has worked with other notables such as Trisha Yearwood, Mel and Pam Tillis. She also is a former member of Cowboy Crush, for which an article in Wikipedia already exists.

However, at present little documentation of this fact is in the public domain. So I've set about to create said documentation, but it will probably take some time to gather more sources. As such I've contacted possible sources and am awaiting responses.

Perhaps when the discography comes together it may be easier to see the relevance.

The following points are hit in the Criteria for musicians and ensembles list:

2. Has had a charted hit on any national music chart.

"Nobody Ever Died of a Broken Heart" charted 56 in US Country Music.

11. Has been placed in rotation nationally by any major radio network.

Several or Cowboy Crush's songs have received national radio coverage and the videos have appeared on CMT.

She also appears in the Allmusic database as:

Genre: Country

Sincerely, Frank

P.S. I'm also researching Becky's other appearances. To my knowledge she's been on Leno and Letterman about 14 times total. Still looking for independant and referenceable verification.

Truth is, her credits are numerous. Consider her Myspace page list of credits (I realize this isn't authoratative, I'll be working to resolve that):

Article no longer orphaned. Added links from Cowboy Crush and Everybody Knows (Trisha Yearwood album). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Frank L Mason (talkcontribs) 12:32, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
