Was the O type really replaced by the R type, which was a 3 ton 4x4? I would have thought that the O type's replacement was probably the S or D type, or in fact the J type and TK given that many O types stayed in service until the '60s, and the R type replaced the QL 3 ton 4x4 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.8.227.14 (talk) 10:31, 2 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
