Under the Declaration section there is an error.

Should be:

If you look under the card values, a 9 from the trump suit is worth 14 points. Therefore, wouldnt it make sense if you have 4 (9's), then it would be worth 140 points? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.176.189.201 (talk • contribs)

Four nines are also 150 according to the way we play it in Bulgaria. I never heard of a version of the rules where they can count as 140. It's just tradition - don't look for patterns. If there were a connection between the card values and their respective "four of a kind" bonuses, then four queens would be 30 (but it is 100). --Cameltrader 18:18, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

There is a mistake on playing Bela with 3 persons. First on the right side is first man who choose trump card. But he dont need to choose it. If he must choose then other people playing comfortly can lift right away remaining cards why to wait since they cant interfere... There is no logic! Thats why is corect that last player must choose tramp card if no one chosed of first two players! On terminology[edit]

This was added to the article 3 years ago so I'm having a bit of a hard time (laziness is a factor, too) tracking down the contributing editor to sign it for him. Either way, it's a comment that belongs on the talk page, not in the article itself.

Note:As this is the English Wikipedia, the terminology here is in English, although this is a Bulgarian, Croatian and Armenian game and thus has Bulgarian, Croatian and Armenian terminology. The rules are last edited to reflect tha Bulgarian common rules, which are somewhat simpler than the previous version here. How can a game be played to 1001 points guys?? The terminology wasn't constructed as arbitrary translation of Croatian terminology, but is constructed from existing English terminology used in Belote and Clobyosh. A separate article in the Croatian Wikipedia should be written to document the Croatian terminology properly.

Delete or merge[edit]

Either merge this article with the article Belote under the label "variant" Or delete it. This can't be a "french trick-based card game" or whatever, since the french game is called belotE.
