Charter v. Public[edit]
The article as it reads today makes the statement that a charter school is not a public school. In Florida, the state in which this charter is located, charter schools are public schools - from section 1002.33 of the 2009 Florida Statutes, "Charter schools shall be part of the state's program of public education.
