  • The are metalcore but the vocals, technical drumming, and overall agression is from Death metal. Metalcore is a mix of hardcore and a metal genre. They mix hardcore with death. Therefore they are deathcore. Metalcore is way to vague. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.95.164.167 (talk) 21:34, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

wtf is deathcore? metalcore or deathmetal, just because of the vocals? than the genre metalcore would not exist... it is metalcore, nothing else

uuuuuuum...Wow. Their genre has really been extensively debated, huh. um, bye Kung Foo 17:12, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I Agree, Beneath the sky are obviously Deathcore of some sort, but definately not hardcore or Post-hardcore. Maybe just Metalcore, but I would put Deathcore.89.242.148.102 17:13, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

idiots...deathcore is Despised Icon and All Shall Perish..and post-hardcore??! becuz there's some melodic singing?!? this is when it comes out that those who write these pages know nothing about different styles..post-hardcore is alexisonfire and drop dead gorgeous, or somethin like those...BTS are simply METALCORE

how about instead of going in to all these crazy ass subgenres we just say metal and end it there

genre

seeing that people want to call it deathcore, and want to have death in the title, why not call it death metalcore?:P its not hard enough to be death tho, and i think deathcore is like metalcore with death metal/black metal vocals

BEST BAND EVER!!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.138.85.15 (talk) 12:39, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

deathcore is just what people call it. Listen to their riffing structure though, its like the Red Chord. Not to mention all the keyboards. As well as the vocals alternating between higher screams and lower grunts. Pure deathcore! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.53.219.16 (talk) 17:11, August 29, 2007 (UTC)

Without a doubt more deathcore than metalcore. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.232.75.208 (talk) 10:00, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Beneath the sky is most def deathcore, maybe more on the metalcore side, but the way the vocals are presented has the deathcore "feel" but instrumentally more on the metalcore side, but really who cares, there one of the best bands ever. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nollieflip2k0 (talkcontribs) 17:35, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

^This guy is smart. The band is composed of both Deathcore vocals, and metalcore instrumentals. S, in my opinion, it would be best to put both genres down.Bobit13 12:57, 7 February 2010 (UTC)Bobit13 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bobit13 (talkcontribs)
