Parallel Provisions
The section "Provisions" has several subsections of bullet points. In the first subsection, for example, two are clauses, while the third is a complete sentence, in slightly different form. These three should be paralleled, so that they are in comparable form. I would take a stab at it (no shrinking violet, I), but I feel legal competence might be called for. Thank you. Archive?
I just read through the archive, and noticed that it was last revised in 2014! The issues therein addressed, imho, are STILL being addressed. I fail to see the benefit of an archive on this particular talkpage. As the article evolves, the issues thus far elucidated should be visible and accessible for reference and comment. That's my view. Map
On 9December the map was once again deleted. I find that it illustrates some interesting and useful patterns, but I wouldn't have the first clue how to revise it, so will not attempt to restore it myself.
