Per WP:ELNO, the external links section of an article is not for compiling a comprehensive directory of every individual article about, review of or interview with the article topic that you can find on the web — rather, it is only for the primary website of the topic himself. The following links may be readded to the article as footnoted references for article content, where appropriate, but do not belong as direct external links:

  • Dictionary of Literary Biography on Benjamin Alire Saenz
  • Paul Allatson (2002). Latino dreams: transcultural traffic and the U.S. national imaginary. Rodopi. ISBN 978-90-420-0804-5.

To elaborate on what I said in the edit summary, the copyrighted material was introduced in revision 360161943 by RCFrancis as determined by WP:WikiBlame. I'm not sure if this is an indication of deeper copyright issues with the article or if those two sentences are the only ones copied from the Copper Canyon Press page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TJScalzo (talkcontribs) 14:21, 18 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
