Cameroonian?

[edit]

He was born in France and while he may very well have Cameroonian ancestry, there needs to be a source supporting this. Also, who says he has chosen to represent Cameroon rather than France? Yonatanh 17:21, 23 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

According to Times Online...He is, in fact, Cameroonian. Times Online - Benoit Assou-Ekotto--T (talk) 14:05, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

International career - Playing for France

[edit]

In this guardian interview, he says he never had any inclination towards playing for France. The international career section needs to be clarified. I would do it but I'm not sure how to add in the link.

This is the article here. Could someone kindly clarify it.
