Concern about single source and article rating[edit]

As a fan of this period of aviation, this interesting-looking aircraft certainly deserves more in-depth research to improve its article, which at present is really a "stub" or "start." It relies on a single source that the citations are directed to, which is itself a Wikipedia page and not a second source. Kindly revoke the "B-class." turnpike (talk) 00:13, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It's unlikely that any more sources will be found, there might be some coverage by Flight magazine but its archive is behind a paywall now. The French article is unreferenced (sometimes alternative sources are listed in the parent language articles) The citation link is just to an article on the magazine series itself (Illustrated Encyclopedia of Aircraft), it's common to link publications in citations if they have a Wikipedia article. The page number 638 is given. Nimbus (Cumulus nimbus floats by) 08:54, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
There's some coverage in an article in the February 2008 issue of the French magazine Le Fana de l'Aviation (about a page), and coverage in the book (Les avions Bernard) listed as a reference but not cited. There should also be coverage in Flight (the issues in question are probably available on the Internet Archive) and other contemporary magazines/journals. However - agree that the article is still a little light for a B.Nigel Ish (talk) 12:43, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've knocked it down a tad to C class, there are quite a few aircraft articles in the wrong class, all assessed by the same user. I commented on a few that were obviously wrong, to no avail! Nimbus (Cumulus nimbus floats by) 17:41, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
