I intended to decline the CSD, but it was gone by the time I hit edit. Given its inclusion in a list of the 25 most vibrant congregations, this is at least an assertion of importance. That said, an assertion implied by an external link is exceedingly weak (one can argue that external links are not part oft he proper article).
