BETIKA NA COMMUNITY[edit]
In November 2019,Betika launched the ‘Betika Na Community’ initiative that is focused on supporting the youth and nurturing their talents. Betika Na Community was born as a response to receiving hundreds of daily requests for support. Our Kenyan youth have a wealth of talent and abilities that are untapped mainly due to lack of opportunity and support.
Since inception, Betika through the Betika Na Community initiative has reached hundreds of thousands of youth across the country. Through this initiative the company continues to invests in the youth by nurturing talent through sports, arts and culture. Betika are the official sponsors for Premier League side SofaPaka with a 2-year sponsorship worth Ksh. 76 Million and are also the official title sponsors of the Betika National Super League for a period of 3 years’ worth over Ksh 90 Million.
Under the sports program, the company continues to organize grassroot football, volleyball, boxing and many more tournaments across the country to support the youth in the communities through provision of uniforms, financial support, kits, balls, nets and other sports equipment. Betika products are categorised into three offerings:
Sportsbook Sportsbook includes bets placed on real-life matches. This can be on football, basketball and other sports. Sportsbook is an internal term and the customers know their sportsbook products under two major categories: • Pre-Match • Live A pre-match bet is any bet placed before kickoff while a live bet is one placed after kickoff or during the match. Most of Betika products fall under Pre-match and include the following: • Jackpots – 100 Million Jackpot • Weekly Jackpot of 17 games and played with Kshs. 20 or Ksh. 99. • Million Midweek Jackpot – Weekly, 15 games, Ksh 15 stake • 200k Sababisha Daily Jackpot – Daily, 8 Games, played with Ksh 10, Ksh 10 Betika bonus or 100 Betika points • Shikisha Bet – This is a bet builder that allows a customer to create a multi-bet within one or more games. A customer can predict how many yellow cards a game will have, corners, which players will score, will the game have a red card and many other options. These options can be combined to create one multibet. Casino These are regular casino games on an online platform. Virtual games Virtual games are simulations of games such as football and animal races. Customers place their bets on the outcomes of these simulated games. Scam or not[edit]
I'm a very careful bettor, i place matches very carefully. But even the most surest of odds always seem to work against my favour, somehow some way that bet always losses..and the losses are always when the winning is big. Small time cash like below 100ksh sometimes* wins but very rarely.. yesterday i left a match at 1:0 goals at 89mins.. logging in again the goal was back at 0:00 goals the bet was over 0.5 goals.
