Some lists of books have been added to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. You can find the discussions here. RockMagnetist (talk) 22:49, 5 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Manuals and gazetteers

[edit]

I just started the "Manuals and gazetteers" section listing Henry Scholberg (1970). The District Gazetteers of British India: A Bibliography. Zug, Switzerland: Inter Documentation Company. which is probably the only Bibliography about Manuals and gazetteers of India that I can find. For further discussion refer to Category talk:Manuals and gazetteers of India#Bibliography Solomon7968 17:32, 13 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Model bibliography

[edit]

This bibliography can be modeled after The Goethals Indian Library And Research Society bibliography, majority of the books mentioned there are in public domain and so can be added to Wikisource. Also check s:User:Solomon7968/Index, which is essentially a listing of the section headings of the bibliography. Solomon7968 06:37, 7 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Splitting

[edit]

The Race, Caste and Tribe section (introduced by me) is currently too long compared to the rest of the article. So I propose we split it. Does anybody watching this article objects to it? Solomon7968 07:47, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
