William Sullivan (New Zealand)Bill Sullivan (politician) – According to his DNZB entry, he was "later known as Bill", but already referred to as Bill Sullivan when he married in 1916 at age 24. Rather than simply moving it, I thought I'd put this up as a formal request, just in case somebody knows more about this. Schwede66 20:59, 15 August 2012 (UTC)

  • Comment. Whatever the outcome, the disambiguator should not be "New Zealand". He wasn't a New Zealand; he was a politician. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:11, 17 August 2012 (UTC)
  • Indeed. I'm working my way through the list of NZ politicians and move those that are disambiguated as 'New Zealand' to 'politician' or 'New Zealand politician' without asking, but sometimes, the name also might have to change. If there's uncertainty about the appropriate name, I use a move request. So even if William Sullivan is the appropriate name, I will change the dab. Schwede66 17:37, 17 August 2012 (UTC)
