Prions?

Surely a prion would be considered a biological agent as it is a self replicating, infectious, transmissible agent? There is no mention of them in this article.

No evidence that it should be considered "weaponizable". (Not all "replicating, infectious, transmissible agents" are biological threat agents. E.g., flu virus, HIV, malaria, etc, etc...) 214.2.208.246 (talk) 16:47, 17 December 2013 (UTC)
Prions are not among the currently (or past) listed Select agents. Perhaps no reason to think that they ever would be. 143.85.18.18 (talk) 18:20, 28 September 2016 (UTC)

Other nations?

Biohazard by Ken Alibeck mentions Soviet work on Ebola and Marburg. No sign of this here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.175.137.167 (talk) 02:25, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

Added Marburg. No evidence the Soviets ever weaponized Ebola. (We're not listing the 1200 potential bio-agents that have been researched. Just the ones ultimately weaponized.) 143.85.18.18 (talk) 18:35, 28 September 2016 (UTC)

COVID-19 / SARS-CoV-2

SARS-CoV-2 has now been listed as a biological agent by the EU and US. It belongs in the viral agents section, no? 24.156.93.206 (talk) 21:11, 18 June 2020 (UTC)

It does say it's an agent, I'll give you that, but nowhere does it say that it has been used in terrorist attacks as you said it had — Preceding unsigned comment added by Not-wiki-jam (talkcontribs) 11:58, 19 June 2020 (UTC)

It does here: https://www.forbes.com/sites/nikitamalik/2020/04/14/in-the-united-states-coronavirus-coughing-attacks-may-be-prosecuted-as-terrorism/#567bea652a88 24.156.93.206 (talk) 21:43, 27 June 2020 (UTC)
