Wait, what?

[edit]

Question: when looking up Al Gabrielle, it does mention black cat- sadly, it links to a dab page, but the only Black Cat comic character mentioned is, among other things, a consort of Spiderman and doesn't seem to be the same character described in this article. One or the other has to be wrong, or we've got a few serious oversights. Someone familiar in this area, step up please?

Black Cat - the horror comic

[edit]

this page is all about Black Cat the character, and its awesome, especially for a character from 70 years ago that has never been properly reprinted. But there should be information somewhere about Black Cat the comic book, which ran for 65 issues, and for much of that run did not even include stories about the character. Throughout the 1950s it was a horror comic, one of the most notorious of the genre, contributing to popular backlash against the comic book industry. lookit the cover for issue 50! That ain't no Casper the Friendly Ghost type of horror comic!
