Removal of this article[edit]

I propose the removal of this article. Yours cinserely, Yakob Schtalltz. 92.28.200.116 (talk) 23:18, 18 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The above seems a WP:PROD, but a remarkably weak one. The subject is notable and a formal WP:AfD would be a waste of time. Nevertheless, the article could stand improvement and a more encyclopedic tone. --→gab 24dot grab← 20:01, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I also propose that this article is removed. The entire article comes from a single source and is taken from the book "Lost Voices of the Royal Navy". Having researched this episode, I now believe the story to be 95% fiction. The references provided do nothing to support the veracity of this highly lurid and completely unreliable account. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Billwnsf (talkcontribs) 18:23, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Title[edit]

The current title is indeed the WP:COMMONNAME used in contemporary (1920s) Parliament discussion on the subject, and is used in historical texts. --→gab 24dot grab← 20:01, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I can find no reference in Hansard for the whole of 1920 that uses the term "Black Hole of Baku". Billwnsf (talk) 16:20, 11 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
