This page was turned into a draft. I have never heard of that and for the wiki editors who did it, you should know that it's very discouraging to have your work removed through an opaque process with no talk page discussion first.

I don't understand the 'review' process that it now needs to go through, which will apparently could take several weeks. Since when is someone else gatekeeping in this way? If you're unsatisfied with the quality, improve it. That's how this has worked for the decade or so that I've been doing this. I don't have time to complete all articles in a "satisfactory" (to you) level at once.

This kind of action is why some people choose not to continue editing, and it contributes to inequality of authorship according to education, sex, ethnicity/race, and traits amongst authors that skew the knowledge wikipedia contains and provides. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eikko (talk • contribs) 14:19, 28 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
