The article uses many "—" in its writing. It also uses reviews such as "negative" in the review box. Is that a POV assessment from a particular editor?The article contains many such faults and from a long time. It is also at 40,325 bytes, rather short for a GA, at that status from a long time. I don't think that the current revision meets the GA criteria. If work is done to address the concerns above (and more, if mentioned), the article can stay as a GA.
