orphan / merging

[edit]

I couldn't find a good place to link this from... maybe it should be merged into dye instead? -- Avocado (talk) 19:20, 18 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Added four web links to suppliers showing bluewool testing cards and test laboratories that give information about running a bluewool test. Sadly, my formatting of the HTML to display the references is not correct and I have no idea how to fix it. If anybody can format the references correctly please do fix it! Andy Newton. 31 May 2010. I've formatted the references a bit better with a new section and more standard formatting. I'm not sure if these are the correct references though or mere external links because three show example cards instead of providing more factual information... yet there are/were four and no other hint to the external reference content. This is pretty much my first Wiki edit so things may well need tidying and standardising. Beep beep --Marsseeker (talk) 20:35, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Evaluating media?

[edit]

Is the method for evaluating media (paints, inks, pigments) the same as for dyes? I have seen some paints' light fastness given as a blue wool number. Thank you, Wordreader (talk) 05:37, 6 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
