Bridge type - suspension or cable-stayed[edit]

The current version of the article discounts the classification of the bridge by Erik Delony in the HAER documentation. Since there are two reliable, scholarly sources that give differing classifications for the bridge, this article needs to maintain a neutral point of view and present both equally. The bridge is clearly a hybrid between suspension and cable-stayed. So it is inappropriate for the article to summarize that one source is correct and the other is not.
