Notability statement[edit]

I noticed people have questioned Blythe Baird's notability so I thought to share why I believe she is a notable figure.

Blythe Baird is a prominent spoken-word poet with a growing fanbase. Her performances have acquired upwards of 30 million cumulative views, and her performances have been shared by major spoken-word poetry platforms such as Button Poetry. Baird has been the subject of newspaper articles by the likes of The Minnesota Daily and The Windy City Times. She has been interviewed for contemporary magazines such as Germ Magazine.

Baird’s work has been featured by noteworthy platforms such as Buzzfeed, Glamour, ELLE, and TEDxMinneapolis. She has competed in numerous slam-poetry competitions, and has received several awards for her works.
