The result of this discussion was to merge. No further discussion, no further improvement on Anil Kumar Kohli, nor AfD raised for a week now, consensus seems evident. Dl2000 (talk) 19:48, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Per discussion Talk:Anil Kumar Kohli, it seems the article on AK Kohli lacks sufficient stand-alone notability. Any significant and reliable information on Kohli's work is probably better integrated into the BRIT article. Dl2000 (talk) 03:17, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Wikipedia Agent, whosoever you are.. Please don't take unnecessary actions for the page created for Anil Kumar Kohli. Give time as we too are busy here and just do not do Wikipedia like you and a weekend is required to rewrite the content. Kindly discuss. Or I will have to bring this matter to your top management. I hope you understand. Kindly undo your editings and leave the page to where it was. I will do the needful and bring to your notice. • Dl2000, I wonder if AfD isn't a better place--I do not find that the name gives a lot of Google hits that lead directly to BRIT. Anyway, if we're not going to AfD, I support a merge and redirect. Drmies (talk) 16:05, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Drmies I too think that the person himself is not notable, and accordingly, AfD may be a better place. The organizations that he has been affiliated to have had different people heading it at different points, of time. This person recently ″superannuated″, and now someone else is heading. Naturally during this person's tenure the articles had quotes taken from him, and closely related organizations like NAARRI were headed by him. The award was also from the Indian Nuclear society, and in the area that BRIT operated in. There is no reason to think, these things would hold, for any other Chief BRIT had, has or will have. Adding content only about Anil Kumar Kohli to the BRIT article, may convey an impression that he held a special place amongst all those people. I think, Sbatdaeindia wants us to think so, however, IMO, forget secondary sources, not even articles published by BRIT suggest anything of this sort. I have been literally saying this all along!2602:30A:2C4D:9B80:B53E:4356:D9AB:F003 (talk) 18:52, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • Hmm, that's useful information, thanks. "Superannuated"--sounds good. With a bit of luck I can stop working twenty years after I die. If he was very important to the organization (proven with secondary sources), I suppose he can get a few sentences or even a paragraph, but you're right: we should be careful in overemphasizing his relevance. Dl2000, here's a good argument for AfD... Drmies (talk) 17:59, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
      • Seems more interest for AfD than Merge - if someone raises an AfD, I'll withdraw and close this merge req. Guess we'd have to face the music if Sbatdaeindia should take it to "top management" Dl2000 (talk) 18:30, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
