General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Article was new enough when nominated; it is also long enough. Nothing came up on the Earwig except for quotes, which you credited the authors for and cited your source directly after— no concerns here. As for which hook to use, I prefer the original. All of them are equally fascinating to read about, but I like the original (ALT0) the most because IMO it has the best wording. Thank you for nominating this!
