Move to wiktionary

There's nothing encyclopaedic about this article. Yes, a the word is already in wiktionary, but that's not the issue. The issue is that there's nothing notable to say about the word "bogus" beyond it's meaning as a word and a few examples of its usage. That's all dictionary territory.
