This article doesn't make sense[edit]

If Duch died in 1980, why does the article say he was made inspector-general in that year FOARP (talk) 20:32, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Evidently he was named Inspector-General before he died in 1980.
Various Polish Government in Exile posts, headquartered in the UK, continued to be filled until the collapse of the communist authorities in Poland in 1989.
