"Thomasine Church" stuff[edit]

I removed links to the "Thomasine Church"; the article for that group currently redirects elsewhere, apparently reflecting editors' beliefs that the group is not particularly notable. If the group is notable, we should have a real "Thomasine Church" page. Meanwhile, I'd like to avoid confusion with the fairly substantial group of St. Thomas Christians.
