After a bit of research, I can't find any results for this title translated as 'the Book of the Dispute of Raymond the Christian and Omar the Saracen'. Maybe it should be listed as a translation that has appeared in English-language scholarship? I've found two other titles attested in academic works:
The Book of the Dispute Between the Christian Ramon and the Saracen 'Umar' - here
The Disputation Between Ramon the Christian and Omar the Saracen - here and here
In any case, the title should be probably also be changed so it's in title case and italicised. MadameOctavian (talk) 09:31, 12 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
