File review
Lead and infobox
  • Seems fine
History
  • "The station, then named Jurong West, was included in the early plans of the MRT network in May 1982" The reference is a dead link
  • "...and would have been built as part of Phase II of the initial MRT system." Both references talk about Boon Lay, not Jurong West. Was the station renamed that early on? Was the Jurong West name ever considered seriously?
  • References 4, 5 and 6 are dead links, too. But I'm not sure if that's really so, or if the page itself is denying me access. Just in case, re-check all references from NewspaperSG
  • S$ and US$ may sound confusing for newcomers. It may be better to say "Singapore dollar" and "United States dollar".
  • Reference 17 is a press release from the government of Singapore, and thus a primary source. We don't really need it, as we have 2 other references for the same sentences.
Boon Lay Extension
  • Seems fine
Jurong Region line
  • "The contract for the design and construction of Boon Lay JRL station and associated viaducts was awarded to..." I'm not sure if "awarded" is a neutral word. It implies that the recipient "deserves" what he got.
  • Reference 32 mentions areas that may now be reached, and the number of commuters it expects to serve. Sounds like the article should mention this.
Station details
  • Seems fine
Article is stable
  • No problems noticed

I suspect that Newspaper SG treats me as a spam or bot for trying to access so many links in such a short time, so I would be willing to treat it as if it was an offline source and AGF on its contents. Just double-check the links, and confirm that there are no mistakes and that the references link to the pages they are meant to. Cambalachero (talk) 17:33, 26 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Chambalachero: There was some 503 error or something yesterday... now the articles should be accessible. I didn't include web archive links because they just don't work; there's a copyright wall. I think S$ and US$ is intuitive, but I will wikilink them if they haven't been. Awarded is the typical term used. I usually leave more details about what the JRL serves on the line page than on the station page itself. I will address the other issues soon.--ZKang123 (talk) 07:41, 27 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
