Boron phosphate uses covalent bonding to connect atoms of boron, oxygen, and phosphorus. Amwest Technonology Company has produced ultra pure (> 99.95%) and micrometer sized superfine BPO4 particles.

Is boron phosphate a salt? Or it is something like mixed oxide or inorganic polymer?
