Good Article discussion

Three thoughts, it looks quite good otherwise.

  • Is there a reason the USA Eagles info is in its own section for once section, or would it be better incorporated into the paragraph above it?
  • Super League invite? Obviously, they're there now, but is there any sort of source or anything mapping out the invite, perhaps a rugby history/Super League history citation? Not that I don't believe it, but I can imagine someone looking for more information on it.
  • RFC honors. I was going to say "Hey, a lead-style para would be nice here," but then I noticed the relative size of the article. Expansion stuff, or could it be worked in here as prose, or perhaps both as a "For the full list, go [[here]]," then "Boston RFC has recieved many honors, including X, Y, and Z."

Otherwise, it's looking good. --badlydrawnjeff talk 19:53, 1 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Excellent. The top part in particular seems to flow a lot easier for me. Pass! --badlydrawnjeff talk 20:12, 1 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

GA reassessment

[edit]

After review, I'm delisting this as a GA for the following reasons:

  • The image needs a proper fair use rationale.
  • There's very little history. There's no way that there's only one paragraph of information on 1960-1998 stuff.
  • The references need to be placed in the proper format using Citation templates.

After all this is fixed and the article expanded, it can be re-nommed at GAN. Wizardman 17:43, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
