Exactly. That's so true; the "Avenue" analogy is an excellent point. Unless an article is entitled simply "Boulevard" let's lose it unless it's either a person's name or some such, or there is reason to believe that it's so commonly known as simply "Boulevard" that it'd be reasonable to expect a user looking for it to end up here looking for help.
