Scouts BSA was one of the Social sciences and society good articles, but it has been removed from the list. There are suggestions below for improving the article to meet the good article criteria. Once these issues have been addressed, the article can be renominated. Editors may also seek a reassessment of the decision if they believe there was a mistake.
Scouts BSA is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. This includes but is not limited to boy and girl organizations, WAGGGS and WOSM organizations as well as those not so affiliated, country and region-specific topics, and anything else related to Scouting. If you would like to participate, you can edit the article attached to this page, or visit the project page, where you can join the project and/or contribute to the discussion.ScoutingWikipedia:WikiProject ScoutingTemplate:WikiProject ScoutingScouting articles
This article was delisted because of this discussion: Wikipedia:Good article reassessment/Scouts BSA/1. Most of the people involved when the article first made it to GA are no longer involved with wikipedia. I have gone over the whole piece. It has been edited, parts rewritten, citations added, etc. I'm going to submit this to be copyedited. Does anyone want to noodle with it first? --evrik(talk)17:30, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Evrik: I'm always happy to to take a look at / improve an article and will do so with this one. But being concerned about GA or FA status is not my dance. Sincerely, North8000 (talk) 17:39, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
