Ledford was born in Denver, Colorado, but moved to Redondo Beach, California at the age of four. She has also lived in: Utah; Japan; Huntington Beach, California; Lake Tahoe, California; New York; Toronto, Ontario; Hawaii; San Diego, California; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Los Angeles County, California. She loves snowboarding, reading, watching movies, shopping, travel and kickboxing. She also likes to watch tennis, football and hockey. She has recently been nominated for a Leo Award for Best Supporting Actress, for her role as Shelby Varland in the TV series Whistler.
