As the initial three seasons are presently available as net streams through Netflix, this convenience seems too useful than to be omitted from the links here. As Netflix is a giant corporation, I know there's considerable concern that such links serve as advertising, but then so does DVD release info, which nevertheless is widely accepted as encyclopedic information. undid my revise -- the page in question is behind the Netflix paywall. Bustter (talk) 21:50, 9 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Cast

[edit]

Why no mention of secondary cast - like the people in Saul's commercials? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.83.15.175 (talk) 02:51, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Plot summaries

[edit]

Drovethrughosts, Peace is contagious: you both need to look at this and other edits. Peace, you cut too much--it doesn't make sense to leave out a kidnapping and a killing. Drove, you need to start cutting these enormously bloated plot summaries. Shit like "He can communicate with a bell" is completely trite and irrelevant. Both of you could try to write more encyclopedically. Drmies (talk) 14:52, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't write any of the summaries—it's as much my job as anyone else's to trim the summaries. I was merely reinstating his over-removal of content. Also, Drmies, I'm not sure if you're familiar with Breaking Bad, but, "He can communicate with a bell" is not "trite and irrelevant", as that's the only way the character communicates as he is disabled. Drovethrughosts (talk) 14:56, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Is it better to avoid "spoilers" as much as possible in the 'Seson summary' ...& then put the trivia & details into the full page episode summaries ? I read the Smallville ssn 1 example that Cyphoid mentioned & I am trying to follow that example. Thanx ! :) Notice that I also figured out how to "indent" (via the colon)! Peace is contagious (talk) 14:59, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Please read WP:SPOILER. And no, we don't put "trivia" into summaries. There is no episode articles for these episodes, thus they should fully summarize the episode. None of the summaries on this page are long, they're all under 200 words. You completely removed plot details, and replace them with unacceptable, inappropriate "promo" language such as "only to run into AK-47 gun-fire...", "until tragedy strikes in the form of an ATM machine...", "on the front-line with a real BANG!" Are you serious? Come on, now. Drovethrughosts (talk) 15:08, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
...so rather than just revert my changes, create the pagePeace is contagious (talk) 15:16, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I reverted your changes because you removed significant plot details and replaced them with bad, inappropriate "promo" language. You don't create episode articles just so you can write an expanded plot summary; episode articles are created when there's significant real-world information as well (WP:EPISODE). For someone who's been on Wikipedia for more than five years, it's baffling how you're not aware of most of Wikipedia's guidelines or practices. Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Breaking Bad (season 2). Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
