Actually I'm striking my above !vote and saying I support a move of Brian Banks to Brian Banks (baseball) with a corresponding move of Brian Banks (American football) to Brian Banks. I'm also striking object to Brian Banks as primary - for football alone no, but given the legal notability doesn't look just WP:RECENT then yes he may well be primary. The dab however Brian Banks (disambiguation) will still be needed because of the musician of The Beepers. I'm surprised he doesn't have his own article, he gets more hits than the band.
