NPOV

[edit]

I am only a newcomer and certainly not a sysop. However, whilst perhaps intuitively understanding the NPOV sticker, should it not always be accompanied by either a rational explanation on this page or by the person professing the NPOV editing the page to provide a neutral stance? In the absence of either action surely the NPOV should be removed? --Silver149 6 July 2005 08:09 (UTC)

You're right, I just thought the POV of stuff like "remarkably is still churning out pretty much the same old junk 16 years later", was pretty clear. I would have tried to edit it myself, but I don't know anything about the topic and the writing is so opinionated the facts aren't really clear.--Pharos 6 July 2005 15:40 (UTC)
So being bold I have edited, added and NPOV removed. --Silver149 6 July 2005 16:31 (UTC)
OK, good job; I had sort of wondered at the time if anyone would ever wander here who knew enough to fix it. Thanks.--Pharos 7 July 2005 03:37 (UTC)
How do we fix it? The head is not worthy of being cast out of wikipedia! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.5.47.218 (talk) 14:53, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Policy discussion in progress

[edit]

There is a policy discussion in progress at the Manual of Style which affects this page, suggesting that the capitalization of "like" should be removed. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. — LlywelynII 14:57, 12 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
