Rehabbed and twinned[edit]

Per Google Street View the bridge has lost some of its historic characteristics as noted in the article. I can't find much on the project that rehabilitated the bridge and added a second bridge, but apparently it ended in 2006. This archive (Bedford Gazette) probably has something but I'm not subscribed. Mapsax (talk) 01:37, 30 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
