@Velella, You have just raised your doubt on my article Brij Mangal Rai about Wikipedia's notability guideline for biographies. In this regard I would like to inform you that he was a prominent freedom fighter of Uttar Pradesh. India. He was among very few people who denied accepting the pension of freedom struggle. He established two Degree Collages and some higher secondary schools in eastern part of UP. Providing higher education in remote backward rural area, he has been considered by lakhs of people in the eastern Uttar Pradesh as second Mahamana Madan Mohan Malviya. After getting education in the colleges established by him, thousand of youn people exelled in their life achiving greater height in their career. You have tagged him for online references, however I would like to inform you that in a counrty like India there are lots of notable people who have still very few or almost no online references. But in printed material in native language, you can easily find their contribution to the society.
