No explanation of French used in name of official UK body!

No explanation in this article or on http://www.bbacerts.co.uk/about_us.aspx or even on http://www.bbacerts.co.uk/whats_the_difference_-_jargon.aspx of the French word agrément or why it is used in the name of this official UK body! --Espoo (talk) 17:58, 13 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Article has been included in Wikipedia

The article was deemed worthy for inclusion in Wikipedia: the result of the AfD was to keep it, because it's functional and appropriate as a Wikipedia article per Wikipedia notability guidelines, and its inclusion is congruent with building Wikipedia. Why is there absolutely no mention of any of the findings around the BBA’s failures and the contribution to the Grenfell Fire Disaster?
