Vernita Lee (Oprah Winfrey's mother)
[edit]There has been a series of additions and deletions regarding Vernita Lee, mother of TV host Oprah Winfrey. She was a resident of the City of Brookfield but over the years she has also lived in neighboring Pewaukee and Milwaukee. Her address of record for a 2008 court case was Milwaukee. - Okay is she notable in her own right to have an article on Facebook? That is the reason I took her name off. I left a comment on User:Eleutherius talk page expalining this-Thank you-RFD (talk) 18:58, 3 December 2010 (UTC)
Michael Jackson
[edit]When the heck did Michael Jackson ever live in Brookfield? This sounds like vandalism to me, so if a source isn't provided, it will be deleted.
- I'm sure that there has been at least one "Michael Jackson" in Brookfield, but not that Michael Jackson. Merenta (talk) 15:07, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
The "leading commercial suburb of Milwaukee"
[edit]The article states that Brookfield is the "leading commercial suburb of Milwaukee", which may well be true, but I have not found any source references stating that. If no reference can be sited for this fact, the statement should be removed. I
History section - shootings
[edit]I don't deny that the 2012 Azana spa mass shooting is a historically significant event. However, does it rise to the level of having its own section?
Please note that both the 2005 church & 2012 spa incidents have their own links at the bottom of the article but only Azana has its own section.
