Trichastoma moloneyanum

[edit]

Was this species, once upon a time, referred to as Trichastoma moloneyanum? "social singing between neighboring males of a given species, or even of different species, has been repeatedly reported; for example, Acrocephalus palustris, the marsh warbler and Trichastoma moloneyanum, Moloney's illadopsis." François-Bernard Mâche, "Necessity of and Problems with a Universal Musicology" in Wallin, ed. Origins of Music, p. 478. Searching for Trichastoma moloneyanum does not redirect anywhere. I suspect it should redirect here. If "repeatedly reported," why does it sink without a ripple on all the search engines? Vagabond nanoda (talk) 22:29, 10 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
