I really can't find anything about Dessau as a person, only the fact that he's written some books and writes for papers. This youtube interview is the best thing I can find. It's unusual to find articles about a writer that don't mention a single thing about his personal life and career; all we know is that he's freelance and not a staff writer on any newspaper. In the absence of any other information, it would be reasonable to expect his books to have some individual notability, which it appears one of them does, but I'm really wondering whether "Bruce Dessau" is just a pseudonym.
