Expansion of discussion of Dr. Philip West's patient Mr. Wright[edit]

Text within the reference to Klopfer's article "Psychological Variables in Human Cancer", Journal of Projective Techniques, refers to the recounting of the oft-cited case of Mr. Wright, a patient of Dr. Philip West in that article. This same story, from the same source, is discussed in Anne Harrington's book The Cure Within (pp 31–32) as well as mention in Dr. Mario Martinez The Mind-Body Code, under The Placebo and Nocebo Effects. An expansion of the information on Wikipedia could appear in the article on Krebiozen or that on the Placebo Effect, more likely the latter as part of the history of the placebo effect.
