I think this is really excellent, and I've only got one minor comment:

Construction and completion

Did Colvin really mis-spell "focused" as in "no longer focussed on major architectural incidents"?

I'm sure you'll check and fix if necessary, but it would be churlish to not to list this as a GA for such a small trifle.

Checked, he did use "focussed" and the OED gives it as a variant spelling of "focused"; as it's a quotation, I've used his spelling. Bencherlite ^Talk 08:56, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
