Untitled 2007 comment

Тук е кацал Антонов АН-225.Wouldn't it be a good idea to split the destinations / airlines list into chartered and scheduled flights, e.g. Air Via does charter, Sterling to CPH is scheduled, and SAS to a whole bunch of cities is simply inaccurate (unless you count the odd bi-annual flight from say Billund). I wouldn't know where to begin myself, since I don't know much about Bulgarian aviation, but maybe someone else does. Sir Tanx 10:21, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

January 2012

[edit]

I have reinstated the years in the start/finish dates in the airlines and destinations list, as per this discussion at WP:AIRPORTS. However, I have left the dates in the "Seasonal charter flights" subsection for now (although I retitled that as "2012 seasonal charter flights" as a temporary measure).

An edit conflict has just invalidated that remark.... --RFBailey (talk) 04:50, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

For one thing, Wikipedia:WikiProject Aviation/Style guide/Layout (Airports) says not to include dates at all for seasonal flights. Also, the lists are rather haphazard: some of the carriers listed in this section are scheduled airlines (e.g. SAS).

Also, I have attempted a copyedit of the new history section, primarily to improve the use of English but also the wiki markup, but I commented out certain parts, as I couldn't understand what they actually meant. --RFBailey (talk) 04:42, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
