I rewrote the whole article remembering things from my 3 year long stay at Butwal. The previous author had done a cut and paste job from some website, and I don't think it would have stood any independent scrutiny from wiki board. I need fellow wikians to provide more detail and picture. A section about geography and climate could be added. Some details about the Industrial Exhibition being held in the month of Pousha (पौष ) can be added to give more detail and extend the scope of the article.
